  • Pollinator Posse - June 22, 2024
Come to the Brundrett Conservation Education Building in the Pineywoods Native Plant Center at 2900 Raguet Street in Nacogdoches beginning at 9 a.m. to learn about the different animal pollinators in East Texas that play a critical role in healthy ecosystems and agriculture. Become a citizen scientist by learning how to use the iNaturalist app or Seek app to identify and post pollinators that we find in the gardens at the Pineywoods Native Plant Center. This event is being held during National Pollinator Week (June 17-23, 2024), an annual celebration in support of pollinator health.

Little Princess Tea Party

Grab your tiara and get ready for a magical day of treats, fairy gardens, magic and merriment at the Little Princess Tea Party. Fun activities, including singing, story time, and more are led by SFA Gardens environmental education fairies. Teatime snacks and drinks are provided. The event is recommended for princesses 3 to 10 years of age who are accompanied by an adult. Check back for the 2025 Little Princess Tea Party date.
